Overview
Vectortilla turns raster logos into production-ready vectors and brand kits. You can use it without an account. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
By using the service you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't upload anything.
What we collect
- Images you upload, and the vector (SVG), PNG, and brand-kit (ZIP) files we generate from them.
- Payment details for paid conversions — handled entirely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). We never see or store your full card number.
- A functional “owner token” stored in your browser so you can keep access to the projects you create without signing up.
- Limited technical data — request logs and approximate location from your IP address — used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Aggregate, cookieless usage analytics (such as page views) via Vercel Web Analytics. These are not tied to your identity.
How we use it
We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- To run the conversion and deliver your files.
- To take payment for private and brand-kit conversions.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
- To respond when you contact us.
Public conversions are public
Free conversions are published to the public gallery and are visible to anyone. Please don't upload confidential or proprietary artwork on the free tier.
If you need a logo kept off the gallery, choose a Private or Brand Kit conversion — those are never listed publicly and are reachable only through your own link.
AI processing
When AI-assisted features are enabled, your image may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to analyze the logo and inform the result. It is processed only to produce your output and is not used to train their models.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors, each handling only what's needed for their part of the service:
- Vercel — hosting, file storage, and cookieless analytics.
- Turso — the database that stores project metadata.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments and checkout (merchant of record).
- Anthropic — optional AI analysis, when enabled.
Retention & deletion
Public projects stay available so shared links keep working. Private and paid projects are kept while they're useful to you.
You can ask us to delete a specific project or your data at any time through the contact page. Residual copies age out of backups over time.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie — the owner token that ties projects to your browser. Our payment provider may set its own cookies during checkout. Our analytics are cookieless. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data. Email us through the contact page and we'll help regardless of where you live, including requests under the GDPR and CCPA.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, files are stored under unguessable keys, and private projects are never listed publicly. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
The service isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we'll remove the data.
International processing
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll revise the date above when we do; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
