Agreement
These terms govern your use of Vectortilla. By uploading an image or making a payment, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What the service does
Vectortilla automatically converts raster images into vector (SVG) files and brand kits. No account is required. Outputs are generated by an automated pipeline, so results vary with the quality and complexity of what you upload — we don't promise any particular outcome.
Account-free access
Instead of accounts, your projects are tied to your browser through a private owner token and a private link. Keep your links — if you clear your cookies or lose a link, you may lose access to that project, and we may not be able to recover it for you.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Upload images you don't own or have the rights to use, including others' trademarks or copyrighted work without permission.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
- Use the service to violate anyone's rights or any applicable law.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent its limits or payment.
Public and private conversions
Free conversions are published to the public gallery. By choosing the free tier you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and publicly display that result.
Private and Brand Kit conversions are not listed in the gallery and are reachable only through your own link.
Your content and ownership
You keep every right you already have in the images you upload and in the vector and brand-kit files we generate for you.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to run the service, and — for public conversions only — to display it. The Vectortilla name, website, and software remain ours.
Payments and refunds
Private and Brand Kit conversions are one-time charges processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, who also handles any applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices are shown before you pay and may change over time.
Because outputs are delivered instantly and digitally, payments are generally non-refundable. That said, if something went wrong with your purchase, contact us — we want you happy with the result and we'll make it right.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Automated vector output may contain imperfections, and reviewing it before use is your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectortilla and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vectortilla and its operator from claims, damages, and costs arising out of the content you upload or your misuse of the service.
Termination
We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll revise the date above when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
